Updated Will Call Pick Up Policy

Due to concerns over the COVID-19 emergency, Lelund is implementing changes to our pickup policy at our warehouse to keep our workers, customers, and the community safe.
 
1) Please call our office at 630-627-9886 or e-mail [email protected] in advance of pickup. Be sure to provide the following information:

• Company Name
• Your Name
• Name of Person Picking Up Equipment
• Project Name or PO Number
• Phone Number
  
  

2) Allow at least 30 minutes for our warehouse to get your order ready.
 
3) Please do not enter the building. Drive to our dock door (not our normal "will call" door) and call 630-627-9886 to confirm your arrival.

• We will bring the equipment outside at this time for you to pick up.

• At your request, we can also leave the equipment outside ahead of time for pickup.
  
  

4) We will leave your copy of the packing list with the equipment. We will not be requiring signatures at this time.
 
5) Our normal warehouse hours remain in place: 7 A.M. - 5 P.M. Monday-Thursday, 7 A.M. - 4 P.M. Friday.
